Caring for someone living with dementia can be emotional, overwhelming, and sometimes isolating — but you don’t have to face it alone.
At Manton Heights Care Centre in Bedford, our Dementia Café offers a warm, understanding space where families, friends, and carers can come together for support, guidance, and a listening ear.
Held on the last Thursday of every month from 2pm–4pm, the Dementia Café is your chance to:
- Chat with our compassionate and knowledgeable team
- Share experiences with others who understand the journey
- Access helpful information and practical advice
- Ask questions, express concerns, or simply be heard
Whether you’re looking for guidance, reassurance, or just a friendly cuppa and conversation, we’re here to support you.
