Residents from Brentwood Care Centre recently enjoyed a festive outing to Summerhill Garden Centre, embracing the sights, sounds and
atmosphere of the Christmas season.
The visit offered plenty to admire, with sparkling decorations, beautifully themed displays and seasonal inspiration around every 
corner. Residents took time to explore the centre, soaking up the festive spirit and even picking up a few thoughtful gifts for loved ones along the way.
The day concluded with a relaxed and enjoyable lunch, giving everyone the chance to sit together, share stories and enjoy plenty of seasonal cheer in good company.
Maria, General Manager at Brentwood Care Centre, said: “What a magical day we had last week. Seeing residents enjoy the festive displays at Summerhill Garden Centre, chatting, laughing and choosing gifts made the trip incredibly special. These shared experiences are so important,
especially at this time of year, and it was lovely to finish the day with lunch and great conversation.”
The outing formed part of the centre’s ongoing programme of seasonal activities, supporting social connection and meaningful experiences throughout the festive period.
