To mark Dementia Action Week, Woodlands Care Centre is hosting a welcoming morning event for the local community.
Visitors are invited to stop by for a freshly prepared breakfast roll and the opportunity to speak with one of the home’s dementia specialists about practical support, advice and resources for those living with dementia or supporting a loved one.
The event offers a friendly and informal space to ask questions, learn more about dementia care and connect with others in the community.
