Please be assured that we took the feedback from the Regulator extremely seriously. Since then, the team at Manton Heights has worked tirelessly to address the concerns raised, implementing significant improvements to ensure the highest standards of care and support for all our residents.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we have introduced a new leadership team within the home. Their expertise and dedication have already resulted in considerable enhancements in both governance and the safety of care provided. We want to assure you that your loved one’s well-being remains our highest priority, and we are committed to maintaining the standards that we would all expect for those we care about.
