New for 2026 - Enhanced GP Support
Care seekers looking for residential or residential dementia care can benefit from enhanced GP access at Brentwood Care Centre.
Eligible private residents at Brentwood Care Centre benefit from enhanced on-site GP access, with a dedicated weekly GP service provided by Dr Kannan Athreya.
Working in partnership with existing NHS GP care, this service supports continuity, timely clinical reviews, and peace of mind for residents and families—without replacing NHS provision.
Available to private residential and residential dementia residents in Olive Grove and Willowbrook.

Does this replace NHS GP care?
No. All residents at Brentwood Care Centre remain registered with the NHS GP practice Tile House Surgery. The enhanced GP service works alongside NHS provision and does not replace it.

Meet the Manager
Maria Siia, Acting General Manager
Maria Siia brings a unique blend of leadership experience and compassionate care to her role as Acting General Manager at Brentwood Care Centre.
With a background in nursing and further qualifications including NVQ Level 4, 5, and 6 in Health and Social Care Management, as well as a Master’s course in Nursing Diagnosis, Maria has developed the skills and knowledge needed to lead both operationally and clinically. She is passionate about using her expertise to support staff, uphold high standards, and ensure residents receive care that is both person-centred and respectful.
Maria thrives on the variety her role brings, valuing the opportunity to guide her team, solve challenges, and make a positive impact each day. She is especially proud to work at Brentwood Care Centre, a home praised for its friendly, responsive staff and its welcoming, purpose-built environment.

Activities & events
Supporting our residents to enjoy every day living at Brentwood Care Centre is a key focus for our dedicated team.
By getting to know each person, we are able to tailor our activities and events to their likes and dislikes as well as activities they may like to try.
No two days are the same here and, alongside our usual daily hobby-based activities, we also like to host events which are a little out of the ordinary.
In addition to art therapy, keeping fit with our chair-based exercises, baking, and quizzes. We also take great pleasure in welcoming visiting entertainers, schools and groups to our home to enjoy spending time with our residents.
Our team and residents also love pottering around the local garden centre, taking in a movie at the cinema and getting dressed up for our themed days throughout the year – complete with themed menus and decorations!
Food & nutrition
We are proud of the high quality of our meals here at Brentwood Care Centre which are carefully designed to be enjoyable whilst providing balanced nutrition to our residents.
They are lovingly cooked and prepared by our in-house catering team and follow the seasons.
Regularly rotating menus ensure we always have meals which cater to our residents’ likes and dislikes, including those who require modified or specialist diets.
To create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for our residents to enjoy their mealtimes, our tables are lovingly laid with crisp table linen, menus clearly showing what’s on offer and cutlery and dinnerware which supports their independence.
