Community Dementia Café – Supporting Dementia Action Week

This month Maidstone Care Centre invites residents, families and the local community to a special Community Dementia Café, supporting the Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Action Week.
Following the success of the Community Café launch, this event brings people together for an afternoon of connection, conversation and community spirit in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
Designed for anyone living with dementia, supporting a loved one, or simply looking for advice and understanding, the café offers a safe space to share experiences, ask questions and meet others on a similar journey.
Enjoy homemade cakes, fresh refreshments and friendly conversation, with team members on hand to offer guidance and support if needed.
A warm welcome is guaranteed — whether attending for support, information or simply a cup of tea and good company.
