Manton Heights Care Centre in Bedford is celebrating being named a finalist in the Inclusion Award at the NAPA National Activity Awards.
This award recognises individuals or organisations that have shown exceptional commitment to promoting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in activity provision, ensuring that every person, regardless of background or ability, has the opportunity to engage, connect and thrive.
The Lifestyle Team at Manton Heights has been recognised for its inclusive and person-centred approach, ensuring all residents can take part in activities that reflect their interests, cultures and identities. From dementia-inclusive sessions to multicultural celebrations, the team’s work highlights the importance of belonging and individuality in care.
