Park View Care Centre Winter Wellness Event Thursday, 24th October | 11am – 2pm
Join us for a day of wellness, warmth, and connection as we prepare for the colder months!
Schedule:
11am – 12pm: Social activity (quiz & refreshments) with a brief chat on staying social and keeping your brain active
12pm – 1pm: Lunch, paired with wine or a soft drink, followed by coffee and a chocolate mint. A quick discussion on the importance of good nutrition and socialising
1pm – 2pm: Pamper session (15-minute nails) and a relaxing film. We’ll wrap up with a talk on self-care and well-being.
