Come along to our Dementia Café and have a cup of tea with someone who understands.
Here you can find information and advice, as well as signposting to other services in the local area. Having someone to talk to can make a huge difference when you or someone you know has dementia.
Our Dementia Café provides a safe and supportive place for you to:
*Meet and learn from other people in similar situations
*Keep active, make new friends and feel more confident
*Hear from professionals and support services in the area
