Romford Care Home recently hosted its first-ever Care Home Awards ceremony, an event born from the wonderful ideas of residents and their families. Madalina Ilie, the General Manager of Romford Care Home, expressed her pride in the team, stating:
“Every member of our team brings their own unique skills, compassionate knowledge, and dedication to their role, continuously striving to grow and develop.
