January Dementia Café

The Dementia Café is a warm and welcoming space for anyone living with dementia, supporting a loved one, or wanting to learn more in a relaxed and understanding environment. These café-style sessions offer the chance to sit down, enjoy a cup of tea, and share conversation with others who understand.
Visitors can meet people in similar situations, hear from local professionals and support services, and access helpful information and guidance at their own pace. It’s a friendly place to build confidence, feel supported, and know that help is available.
Everyone is welcome to drop in for conversation, reassurance, and community.
Our Dementia Café’s are held every month on the last Thursday from 15:00-16:30
