Families, carers and members of the local community are warmly invited to join the team at Woodlands Care Centre for a relaxed and supportive Dementia Café.
Thursday 4th June | from 2:00pm
This month’s guest speaker, Diana Morou, will be leading a sensitive and informative discussion around understanding dementia and the role psychotropic medicines can play in supporting wellbeing and comfort.
The session aims to help families gain a better understanding of how care approaches are carefully considered for each individual, while providing a safe space to ask questions, share experiences and access support.
Whether supporting a loved one living with dementia or simply looking to learn more, the Dementia Café offers a welcoming environment for conversation, connection and reassurance.
Light refreshments will be available.
Open to individuals, families and carers across Cambridge seeking guidance, reassurance and community.
For more information about the event call us on 01223 632 440 or email our Dementia Ambassador Louise, on [email protected]
