The Dementia Café at Woodlands Care Centre offers a warm and supportive space to share experiences, enjoy a cup of tea, and access helpful information.
Visitors can:
✅ Meet others in similar situations
✅ Keep active, make new friends, and build confidence
✅ Hear from professionals and local support services
✅ Access guidance, advice, and signposting to community resources
