This month features an informative talk from Ann Chapman, Information and Advice Officer at Age UK Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, offering helpful advice and guidance on local services and support available.
Our Dementia Café provides a safe & supportive place for you to:
- Meet and learn from other people in similar situations
- Keep active, make new friends and feel more confident
- Hear from professionals and support services in the area
You will find information and advice, as well as signposting to other services in the local area.
Having someone to talk to can make a huge difference when you or someone you know has dementia.
